Fight the
Anti-Refugee Laws:
sign the pledge

1 people have signed the pledge so far - help us reach 20,000!

The government has chosen to punish refugees rather than protect them, passing its anti-refugee Bill in 2022 and now following up with another, even crueller Bill in 2023. Unless we fight back, Britain’s days as a safe haven could be over.

When the anti-refugee laws are repealed it won’t be a second too soon, but it will be too late for many of the lives ruined by these laws. Deporting people to Rwanda, detaining families and destroying their hope - it's a tragedy that must be put right.

We believe that the UK should offer sanctuary to those who need it and treat people seeking safety fairly. That’s why we’re taking a stand. Please join us, and sign our pledge to fight the #AntiRefugeeLaws.

Please join us, and sign our pledge to fight the #AntiRefugeeLaws.

I pledge to:

  • Defend the right to seek safety from war and persecution in the UK
  • Speak out against attempts to make it harder to be recognised as a refugee or criminalise and punish those who make their own way to safety
  • Challenge the anti-refugee laws which will risk the lives and well-being of people
  • Work towards a refugee protection system that treats all people with dignity and compassion

Signed,

I am happy for Refugee Action to email me with their latest news and information on how I can support refugees:
